Founded in Shenzhen, China, HyApexFlow designs and manufactures automatic condenser tube cleaning systems that keep water-cooled chillers running at peak efficiency. Unlike trading companies that resell third-party equipment, we control the entire production chain — from sponge rubber ball formulation to injection-moulded ball collectors, from Siemens PLC programming to skid assembly and factory testing.
Our engineering team has spent over a decade refining the ATCS concept, drawing on field data from installations across the Gulf, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Every system we ship is test-run under simulated load before it leaves our floor.

Built in Shenzhen, Tested Before Shipping
Our 2,000 m² facility in Shenzhen houses ball injection moulding machines, skid welding stations, electrical cabinet assembly, and a hydrostatic test bench. Every ATCS skid undergoes:
- Pressure test at 1.5× rated pressure for 30 minutes
- Control panel burn-in — 48-hour continuous PLC cycle test
- Ball injection/recovery cycle — verified on a transparent test loop
- QC sign-off — checklist with 37 checkpoints, signed by shift supervisor
